1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or using our facilities you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to a fee and availability.

4. Payment

Payment is required at or before check-in. We accept major cards, transfers and cash.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate and room type. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel a reservation.

6. House Rules

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests are responsible for damage to property. Pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance.

7. Events

Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior.

8. Liability

Debbie's is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Safes are provided in select rooms. Use of recreation facilities (pool, gym) is at guests' own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
